Risk appetite

Risk appetite is a qualitative decision providing insight into the extent to which deviations are acceptable in achieving goals. TenneT's risk appetite has been set by the Executive Board for each of our strategic goals. In terms of the level of risk that we are willing to accept in relation to our strategic goals, we distinguish the following categories: risk averse (low appetite), risk neutral (medium appetite) and risk taking (high-risk appetite) risk appetite.
